Because many of our products are handmade and custom, slight variations in color, size, materials, and design may occur. These variations are part of the artistic process and do not constitute defects.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. Sales tax will be applied where required by law. Payment must be received before production or shipping begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Order Processing
Because many items are handmade, production times may vary. Typical processing time is 3–10 business days, unless otherwise stated. Orders may take longer during peak seasons such as holidays.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States and may expand to international destinations including Canada. Shipping timelines depend on carrier services and are outside our control. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Jai’s Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, Jai’s Design Studio cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products: All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges except if:

the wrong item was shipped

the product arrives damaged
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.
Candle and Fragrance Safety
Customers must follow proper safety guidelines when using candles or fragrance products. Never:

leave candles unattended

burn candles near flammable materials

allow candles to burn near children or pets
Jai’s Design Studio is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of our products.
